Cut the Mustard are Martin Kaszak and Dave Oxley. An eclectic, bluesy duo with their own distinctive style, including some vintage ragtime – infectious music that makes you want to tap your toes and shake that thing (shouldn’t that be ‘thang’? – Ed)! Dave and Martin have rich, powerful voices and are accompanied by a range of instruments, including National guitar, mandocello, stomp box and blues harps.
The Medlars are a folk trio from North East Essex, performing classic English folk songs and tunes originated and rooted in the tradition. With a reputation for thoughtful arrangements and engaging performances, The Medlars have built up a strong following, taking their music to festivals and folk clubs across East Anglia and beyond. The Medlars are Alie Barnes – vocals, Emma Hardy – fiddle/vocals, Tom Hardy guitar/vocals.
